Put the fish on top of the ingredient.Put Onions and tomatoes on the top of fishPut salt, ground pepper, fish sauce.Simmer for 2 to 5 min. At medium heat.Put calamansi extractPut the peppersPut the sugar to tasteSimmer 2 to 3 min.
