When I was searching for self-productivity videos, I came across one of Mel Robbins' videos, which is about the "Let Them" theory and it piqued my interest and changed my viewpoint about life. This theory states that to achieve a peace of mind, one should not let people act, behave, or express what they want, whether it may be a praise or a criticism.
The thing here is, we should not be too engaged on how people view us and not let it take control of our own life as we couldn't control their behavior towards us, especially when they haven't fully understand our course in our life.
